In 2015, Matt established Develop Automotive, driven by his ambition to revolutionise technical training in the motor trade. His approach, distinct from conventional methods, focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of training. He is dedicated to assisting garages in achieving fair compensation, fostering growth, and elevating the stature of the automotive trade and its professionals

Beyond Training: The Personal Impact of Matt’s Approach

To date, Matt has personally trained and evaluated over 1000 technicians across the UK and Ireland. His extensive training portfolio includes Snap-On diagnostic engineers, technicians from both main dealerships and independent garages, as well as business owners, managers, and directors. Additionally, his expertise has been sought by the Lincolnshire Police Accident Investigation Team and for on-site Motorcycle MOT tester training at USAF bases.
